Therapy/Class: Mydriatic
Mechanism of Action:
Phenylephrine: Acts as an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist that actively contracts the iris radial muscle.
Tropicamide: Acts as an anticholinergic that paralyzes the iris sphincter and ciliary muscle, ensuring maximal, sustained mydriasis and cycloplegia for comprehensive fundus examination.
Indications
Clinical management of specific, indicated ophthalmic pathologies based on molecular affinity

Dosage & Administration
Instill 1 drop into the inferior conjunctival cul-de-sac of the affected eye(s) as prescribed by the physician. Dosing frequency should be adjusted according to clinical response and severity.
