Bepolergy Eye Drops

Therapy/Class: Anti-Allergic

Mechanism of Action:
Bepotastine Besilate: A rapid-acting, highly specific histamine H1-receptor inverse agonist that simultaneously stabilizes conjunctival mast cells. It actively downregulates the expression of adhesion molecules and drastically suppresses the chemotaxis of eosinophils, intercepting both early and late-phase allergic cascades.

Potassium Iodide, NaCl & CaCl2: An established metabolic/osmotic complex formulated to provide essential inorganic salts to the crystalline lens. It acts as an exogenous antioxidant and metabolic catalyst to reduce lenticular opacification and delay the maturation of senile cataracts.
