Mechanism of Action:
Bimatoprost: A synthetic prostamide analog structurally related to prostaglandin F2α. It potently lowers IOP by stimulating both the trabecular meshwork and uveoscleral outflow pathways, remodeling extracellular matrix to reduce outflow resistance.
