Mechanism of Action:
Cyclosporine: A calcineurin inhibitor immunomodulator. By inhibiting calcineurin-dependent dephosphorylation of NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T cells), it halts the production of IL-2 and the subsequent proliferation of pro-inflammatory T-cells, reversing immune-mediated lacrimal gland apoptosis and restoring natural tear homeostasis.
Indications
Clinical management of specific, indicated ophthalmic pathologies based on molecular affinity

Dosage & Administration
Instill 1 drop into the inferior conjunctival cul-de-sac of the affected eye(s) as prescribed by the physician. Dosing frequency should be adjusted according to clinical response and severity.
