Mechanism of Action: Olopatadine: A dual-action pharmacological agent that selectively antagonizes H1 receptors while stabilizing the mast cell lipid bilayer. It prevents calcium influx, thus blocking the exocytosis of preformed histamine and newly synthesized inflammatory lipid mediators (prostaglandin D2).

Dosage & Administration
